     Boggsville Boatel (2011) was a floating hotel and performance space originally part of the Sea Worthy Exhibition curated by Flux Factory in Jamaica Bay Queens. The installation hosted more than 5000 people over three months and utilized 6 boats and a floating platform stage. The Boatel held nightly lectures, movie screenings, and storytelling by nautical enthusiasts, as well as a meeting with the city planners.

  • Marie Lorenz

    The Tide and Current Taxi is a rowboat taxi, made and operated by the artist Marie Lorenz. In July and August of 2016, the Taxi is navigating the Erie Canal from Buffalo to New York City.

  • Spatial Agency

    Spatial Agency is a project that presents a new way of looking at how buildings and space can be produced. Moving away from architecture’s traditional focus on the look and making of buildings, Spatial Agency proposes a much more expansive field of opportunities in which architects and non-architects can operate. It suggests other ways of doing architecture.
